You are doubtless aware that an Agreement dated

the 6th March 1913 between His Excellency the Governor,

Hongkong, and this Company for the construction and

maintenance of a telegraphic landline on property

belonging to the Kowloon-Canton Railway having expired

on the 31st December 1930, a new Agreement between the

parties concerned has been entered into.

Prints have been made and forwarded to Hongkong

and I now have the pleasure to send you two copies for

the information and use of your Department.
